The Black Heaven set takes what was great about the M series pickup and adds in more dynamics while making the attack less extreme. The voicing is still agressive with tons of low-mid, but the note attack has been refined.  The Alnico V option for the bridge further warms up the tone and softens the attack, which works out amazingly for those playing closer to E standard tuninig. The ceramic retains more of the tight, focused clarity of the M series for those using lower tunings. The neck pickup uses and Alnico V magnet.

New for 2018, Johan Lundgren’s newest recreation may be his finest yet! The Black Heaven combines the power, aggression and tight response of the legendary M6, but with a more refined, organic character that lends itself to more diverse tonal applications. 

The Black Heavem bridge model boasts crisp attack, meaty growl, and punchy lows accompanied by rich harmonics and excellent dynamics. There is plenty of power here, but with less compression and more of a wide frequency response. The neck model is both articulate and juicy, so lead players will appreciate its depth and sonic complexity.
